Order Processing

Once you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update the details before the order is shipped.

We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • A photo of the damaged item

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
