At Beauty Glamour, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must still be:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
